A couple week investigation done by the Hamlin County Sheriff's Office resulted in a search warrant being conduct on August 28th, 2010 at about 8:30PM at a place in Hayti, South Dakota.  During the search warrant, officers found drugs and drug paraphernalia at the place and vehicles.  An 19 year old Hayti man was arrested and charged with Felony Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Ingest of a Control Substance.  A 26 year old Hayti man was arrest and charged with Possession of Marijuana, Distribution of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Ingest of a Control Substance.  The Estelline Police Department and the Hayti Police Department assisted the Hamlin County Sheriff's Office with the search warrant.

People that arrested by law enforcement are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
